Subscribers may cancel recurring billing anytime from their dashboard or by emailing swagtiofficial@gmail.com. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Because cloud access is provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation, subscription payments are non-refundable. In the event of duplicate billing or downtime exceeding 72 hours, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
